Nikhil was born on 30th March 1975 in Goa. Growing up in this picturesque coastal state, he developed a deep understanding of local issues and the importance of development from a grassroots level. Nikhil completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture, which laid the foundation for his keen interest in rural development, agriculture policies, and environmental sustainability.
